You can reserve a bike for up to 15 minutes while you walk to pick it up.
Charges apply during this time.
Ending your ride outside of the system area may result in an additional fee of up to €50.
You’ll be able to find and reserve a bike using the Uber app.
You can ride JUMP bikes anywhere within the service zone indicated on the map above, which is also available in the app. When you’re finished riding, leave your bike parked within the same zone. Bikes parked outside of the zone are subject to an additional fee up to €25.
Park your bike out of the way of pedestrians and other vehicles and make sure you follow the detailed parking guidelines below.
JUMP bikes parked outside of the service area indicated on the map above and in the Uber app will result in a €25 additional fee. Any bike parked more than 5km outside the service area will result in an increased fee of €50. Bikes parked in a No Parking Zone are also subject to a €25 additional fee.
No Parking Zones are generally parks and green areas such as Tempelhofer Feld and Görlitzer Park.

Jump has purchased insurance for damages that you may cause to third parties and their property arising out of an accident whilst using a Jump Bike.
This cover is subject to a limit of liability of €1,000,000 per accident.

In the event that you have been involved in an accident, you should first ensure your own safety and those around you and then contact the emergency service if needed.
We also ask that you report any accidents to Uber either through the in-app help section. To get help, please select "Help", "Safety and security" and then tap on the article with the title "I was involved in an accident" and enter the details. A member of our support team will call you back as soon as possible. In case you don't have an Uber account, please get in contact through email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the accident involves any third party injury or damage, we ask that you exchange contact details with the third party and request that they report this to Uber through the following email address (email@example.com) and specify the contact number they wish to be called back on.
If any third party involved in the accident demands or mentions compensation from you, whether in writing or otherwise, you must notify XL Insurance Company SE’s claims representative using the following contact details:
